Delivery Charges
Free delivery on all orders over £75, UK ONLY.
| UK £4.50 for all orders under £75 | 2-5 working days |
| Europe £9.00 | 5-10 working days |
| Rest of World £15.00 | 10-15 working days |
All UK items will be delivered via Royal Mail recorded and will therefore need a signature upon delivery. All Europe and ROW items will be shipped via Airsure.
We will dispatch your order within 3 business days of your payment being cleared. You will receive a dispatch e-mail informing you of this. We cannot be held responsible of items lost in the post.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, we offer you the chance to return any unwanted items within 7 days of delivery date for a credit or refund. The following items are none refundable Shoes, Underwear, Swimwear, Bags, Belts, Scarves, Gloves, Hats and all Jewellery. Returns will be at your own cost.
You must first inform us that you wish to do this by email at returns@ladypearls.com
Then simply return it to:

Please be sure to send it back to us via registered post so you are covered if it gets lost in the post. We cannot refund any goods if they go missing on their way back to us. Please ensure you include your invoice or a copy of it and make sure the item is packed, so it will not get damaged in shipping. Again we cannot refund an item if it has been damaged in shipping. We will only refund an item if we receive it back in the same condition it was sent out.
Refunds are only credited to the credit card used to purchase the goods. We will refund you the full costs of the items you have returned within 30 days. Postage will only be refunded if an item has been misrepresented by us.
